From boring to show stopping! These chairs just needed a little TLC and timeless leopard print fabric to bring them to life! The chairs are so attractive, this little niche in our customer’s basement is now a place where all guests want to be.
In this new house, we used a soft, light filtering, and functional shade for our client. The shades are enough to make a very dramatic statement when you walk in the front door.
The three before and after pictures show just how changing a few elements in a room can totally transform the area. First, we warmed the color on the wall to feel more inviting when you walk in the big two story entrance. Second, instead of replacing the stair spindles, we just painted them from white to black, giving the space a more professional look. Third, we used a fabulous and very durable LVT for the flooring. The flooring alone helped to update and bring style to this area. Finally, we simply re-upholstered the fabric panels on the clients front desk. This made a huge difference! These simple decorating changes have helped our clients customers see them in a new light!
Our client wanted a waiting room that was not a sterile environment, but more of a warm, homey environment. To get the look and feel they were asking for, we started with the basics. First, we took out a door that was no longer being used and wasting critical space. Once the door was out, we turned that area into a very functional coffee and water bar for patients. Other ways we updated this space included changing the paint to a warmer color, replacing the floor with wood LVT and rugs, and adding upholstered and leather furniture. Repositioning the large TV to another wall opened the space up to have room for some great furniture pieces in the room. Finally, we used great artwork, lighting, and functional window treatments to make a great place for customers to sit wait for their appointments.
